What to Expect at Lithe Wellness Solutions

Click on the Book My Appointment button on the top right of the page. You will receive a link to my calendar. You will receive a link to my calendar so you can choose your appointment time and get started. You will want to bring a notebook (or a friend) with you. There will be a lot of information in your first appointment.

My initial visits are $150 and follow up visits are just $75. For most folks, we also order a couple of personalized supplements to help you in your journey as well.

Full payment is expected at each visit by cash, check, or credit card. I do not work with insurance or accept HSA or FSA payments.

Every body has different needs and each person’s healing journey is not the same. Most adults will meet with me 3- 4 times to retest and adjust to how your body is responding. Remember, you didn’t get here overnight so lasting change doesn’t happen overnight either.

Those with more complex issues take longer to peel away the layers. Folks who are able to follow lifestyle changes progress more quickly. Kids also typically respond more quickly. This is your health and I will meet you where you are at so we’ll be partnering on this as we go along.

Through electrodermal screening, I can help my clients from anywhere! However, I require that at least the first visit is in-person. In fact, in-person visits are always best. As a practitioner, I can gain more insight by seeing you in person and can incorporate muscle testing when I feel it would be beneficial.
