Restoration Acres Farm
A Place of Healing and Connection
Cultivating Healing on This Land
Our farm isn’t just a place to live or grow food—it’s a real sanctuary for healing, deeply connected to nature, good nourishment, education and community. Here, we believe the body knows how to heal itself, food is medicine, and real healing happens when we slow down, get back to nature, and find our rhythm with the earth. It’s all about feeling grounded and coming back to what matters most, learning, and growing.

A Different Kind of Clinic Experience
When you arrive for your in-person appointment, you quickly realize that you’re not just visiting a clinic - you’re stepping into a space that’s all about nourishing you holistically - inside and out.
A landscape of vegetable and herbal gardens, horses and sheep in the pasture, and chickens roaming will welcome you. You may also be greeted by our hardworking dogs who protect our farm. We encourage you to pause, let all your senses soak it in, reconnect with nature, and let the healing begin.
What Regenerative Farming & Why Does It Matters
Regeneration lies at the heart of our mission on the farm and in my practice. Our approach goes beyond organic farming; it’s about revitalizing the land as we restore ourselves. The principles mirror the philosophy of how we care for our health: rebuild our foundation, gently remove harmful elements, and create fertile conditions for life to flourish.
We believe:
-
Healthy soil produces nourishing foods
-
Nourishing foods nurture healthy bodies
-
Reconnecting with nature supports emotional and spiritual wellbeing
-
Education and community are integral to healing

Wool Bedding From Restoration Acres Farm
There are many benefits to wool, and we are especially partial to the wool grown on our sheep on our family farm. We focus on regenerative agriculture, with better than organic standards of growing. Wool is hypo allergenic, non toxic, mold and mildew resistant, and it keeps dust mites out of your bed. But best of all, wool lowers your heart rate, reduces the aches and pains from arthritis, is moisture wicking and it regulates body temperature (so that you can sleep in the same bed as your spouse without being too hot or too cold). It also lasts a lifetime. So you are buying an heirloom that you can hand down through the generations.
You can even meet the sheep that grew the wool for your bedding. It takes the wool of one sheep, grown over a year, to make one queen size duvet.
All of our wool products are covered in unbleached muslin that is 100% cotton.
