The second class is Healing Foods and we cover the trifecta:  how to eat to avoid candida, parasites and fungual infections (once you do the work for that diet, you really don't want to do it over and over again).  Because you really can eat to avoid those things and boost your immune system to do just that, avoiding getting sick as often.  

We talk about food as medicine for healing and prevention.  You do not want to miss this class. Everyone should take this class!  You will have more tasty recipes after this class, too!

 I saw Kelley guest speak at an event.  In a short time I could tell she is passionate about nutrition and teaching others about it.  I was able to get a small taste of the Nutrition Response Test and I knew I wanted to know more!  I wanted to know more about how my body would react to other foods.   My Nutrition Response Test opened my eyes to so many issues I had with food.  I used to use food as a comforter; when I was sad, happy, excited or celebrating I used food as a reward or a pick me up.  My poor body had paid the penalty for all of those years of destruction and celebrating and was rebelling against itself and I was exhausted.  Happily I learned how powerful food can be and how healing it can be.  I have “geeked out” and try to learn all I can from Kelley.  I have so much more to learn but after a short time I have seen remarkable differences; I lost 10 lbs in 7 weeks, my adult acne is gone, I have more energy, and I am no longer under the control of my food.  I control my food.  I look forward to discussing all aspects with Kelley.   I am very glad I met Kelley and I am grateful for her knowledge.

Not a single one of us was affected by illness this winter!! (Thank you, Lord!) We barely had a runny nose. We have 2 adults and 4 children (10, 8, 6, 5). The third class is a Grocery Cart Revolution.  In this class, we make it easy to go to the grocery store again.  We maximize what you can buy and the money you spend there (and guide you to other easy, affordable places to get the things you won't be able to get in the store).

We talk about eating seasonally and why, when to buy organic and when to save money, great tips and tricks for what to buy and what to avoid, and the handy hidden section that you must know about to make life easier!  You will breathe easier after this class!

 Food is how we are social.  It is how we mourn, how we greive, celebrate and make memories.  It is a huge part of our social structure.  Making huge changes to your diet can be very isolating and leave you feeling lonely.

Not anymore.  That is how I felt when we were making major life altering, health shifting food and diet changes, so I know exactly how that feels.  This class is just for you, just to take that pain away. We meet together, with other people who need to make food changes too (See?  You aren't alone!), based on what you like, what satisfies you and what works for your life.

We talk about what to eat for breakfast.  

We talk about what to eat for lunch and dinner too.  Snacks are covered, so is eating out and making it simple and making it do-able in a busy life.  That is class one, Meal Planning, based on your body's needs.  Making these food changes work for you while you are healing.  After this class, you will have a recipe booklet that is between 20-30 pages long.
